I think this picture could have benefitted from a more pointed story arc because I really liked what I was watching, but was totally surprised when the credits started rolling.

If you had asked me a year ago to predict what genre a movie juxtaposing March of the Penguins, Moulin Rouge, and Billy Elliott would be, I think “Family Entertainment” would have been at least halfway down the list.

Since the subject of this biopic is such a well-known figure I expected Emilio Estevez to use historic footage instead of trying to find an actor who could meet the audience’s expectations, but I didn’t notice a single frame with the actual Bobby Brown.
