I appreciate when a director understands that he needs to keep me entertained if he’s going to spend two hours saying, “Wait for it… wait for it…”

 

It’s easy to see how this movie generated Oscar-buzz as it features several well-respected actors portraying one of the most important (and yawn-inducing) weeks of the British monarchy.

 

I would happily attend a one act play in which Ben Stiller and Ricky Gervais stood awkwardly in front of each other, speaking only in sentence fragments.
